SEDCO Estates Ltd takes over all functions that were falling under SEDCO CONSULTANTS LTD since 1999; both being subsidiary companies of SEDCO GROUP. It is registered as an estate management company operating in accordance with the Estate Agent Act Chapter 533 of the Laws of Kenya and in accordance with the Estate Agency Registration Board. Our directors are current members of the Institute of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) that is affiliated to international professional bodies in the same field.

• Real estate agency services including marketing, selling and letting of office space, commercial and residential properties.
• Management and maintenance of residential, commercial and industrial properties
• Property sales
• Rental Surveys
• Resolution of real estate related disputes
• Pursuance of extension of leases with either Commissioner of Lands or the Local Authorities
• Property receivership on behalf of creditors/charges
