Rent Accounting, Record Keeping and Reporting
In order for the landlord to be able to monitor the performance of a property, we prepare comprehensive annual budget and reports as agreed on all the aspects of the property and premises.
In addition we have monthly/quarterly briefs which are incorporated in the rent statement and briefing reports on any changing factors in the period ending e.g. rent escalation, expenses etc. In doing this we keep the landlord well informed of all our activities in managing the property
